Bangladesh Television (BTV) is preparing for the successful organization of the 'New Bud-2025' competition. To make this event a success, BTV may organize a coordination meeting. Main Objective of the Coordination Meeting
The main objective of this meeting will be to discuss various aspects of the competition and to develop a well-planned course of action. The following issues may be important in this meeting:
* Scheduling: Creating a detailed schedule of when competition registration will begin, auditions, various rounds, and finals will be held. 
* Categories and Rules: Finalize the categories (e.g. singing, dancing, recitation, acting, drawing) in which the competition will take place and what the specific rules will be for each category.

 * Judge Selection: Select a qualified and reputable panel of judges for each category.
* Promotion and dissemination: Formulate an effective strategy to promote the competition nationwide. This may include the use of television advertising, social media, and other digital platforms.
